b) YouTube Channel Data — collected when you connect your channel: YouTube channel ID and name, channel niche selected by you, and video performance metrics (views, engagement, watch time) fetched via YouTube API. Purpose: to generate content, schedule posts, and analyse performance on your behalf.
c) Content Data — video scripts generated by AI on your behalf, niche preferences, and content calendar data. Purpose: to operate the automated content pipeline.
d) Usage Data — log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps; pipeline activity logs (video generation, posting times, errors). Purpose: to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
e) Payment Data — Viralityy does not store payment card details. Payments are processed by Paddle — their privacy policy governs payment data. We only store subscription status, plan type, and billing dates.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the service (see Section 5).
All third-party services are contractually bound to protect user data and are GDPR-compliant where applicable.
Viralityy uses YouTube API Services. Data obtained via YouTube API is used solely to operate the service on your behalf. We do not share YouTube API data with any party other than those listed in Section 5. You can revoke Viralityy's YouTube access at any time via your Google Security Settings. Viralityy's use of YouTube API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Database access is restricted and monitored. API keys and credentials are stored securely as environment variables, never in source code. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts, voiceovers, thumbnails, and to post videos to connected YouTube channels on your behalf. The Service operates on a subscription basis with plans as described on our Pricing page. Viralityy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to YouTube or Google.
Viralityy uses YouTube API Services to connect to and post content on behalf of users. By using Viralityy, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke Viralityy's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Security Settings. Viralityy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
New users receive a 2-day free trial with 3 Shorts per day on 1 channel. No credit card is required to start the trial. Trial accounts automatically expire after 2 days. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period. After cancellation, you retain full access to your plan until the end of the paid period.
Due to the nature of digital services and AI-generated content, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at Viralityy's sole discretion for documented technical failures that prevented the Service from functioning for more than 7 consecutive days. Refund requests must be submitted to mohsinalimughal8@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. See our full Refund Policy for details.
All scripts, voiceovers, and thumbnails are generated by third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google). Viralityy does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before it is published. Viralityy is not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated content posted to your YouTube channels. You grant Viralityy a limited licence to process your niche and channel data solely to generate content on your behalf.
Viralityy and its branding, user interface, and underlying technology are owned by Viralityy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated content produced for users belongs to the user, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You must not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Viralityy platform or its technology.
Viralityy integrates with third-party services including YouTube (Google), OpenAI, Google Cloud, and Pexels. Viralityy is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services. When using Viralityy, you are also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party services.
Viralityy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Viralityy makes no warranties regarding uptime, content quality, or YouTube performance results. Viralityy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, subscribers, or YouTube channel standing. Viralityy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viralityy and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Viralityy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or engages in fraudulent activity, without prior notice. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.
Viralityy may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal action is taken.

Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate consumption of AI processing resources — including script generation, voiceover synthesis, thumbnail creation, and video scheduling — all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
This policy applies to all plans: Starter ($29/month), Shorts Pro ($69/month), Growth ($99/month), and Agency ($249/month).
