Viralityy operates an automated YouTube content creation and publishing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you use our website and dashboard application.
We collect account information (name, email, hashed password), YouTube channel data via Google OAuth (channel name, ID, video performance metrics, OAuth tokens encrypted at rest), usage data (dashboard interactions, video generation logs, hashed IP addresses), and content data (AI-generated scripts, your edit requests and preview queue decisions).
We use your data to deliver the service, optimise AI content generation, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails, and prevent fraud. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell your personal data.
Viralityy uses YouTube Data API v3. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We only use YouTube data to provide and improve the Viralityy service. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. OAuth tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256. IP addresses stored as one-way SHA-256 hashes with a rotating salt.
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@viralityy.com. We respond within 30 days.

Viralityy is an automated content creation and publishing platform that generates AI-created video content and posts it to your connected YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts on your behalf.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account credentials.
Subscriptions renew automatically. New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no charge unless you continue. Cancel any time — access continues until period end. No refunds for partial periods. Payments processed by Stripe.
You agree not to use Viralityy to create spam, misleading content, or content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for content posted to your channels.
Viralityy uses YouTube API Services. By using Viralityy you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
